Good furniture selection and good quality, but the people who work there are kind of useless.
We paid to have some custom work done for gifts. They said it would be finished by a certain date, 4 months away. Turned out they didn't start the project, and still had 6 people ahead of us. They refunded our money easy enough, but I didn't like being promised a date they couldn't commit too.
